I been trying for 1year

Trying to get pregnant is really hard and in 21 years been with my boyfriend for 5 years now we married he already have a son and I'm trying to start are family my brother baby mother just laughed in my face because she a 2 months pregnant and the name I came up with for a little girl that's what they going to name there baby girl if they have one I feel so a lone in this 😢😢😭💔💔
