Ultrasound can give you information how thick is your uterus lining. If it's thick than you'll probably get your AF soon. A pregnancy shouldn't be overseen at the age of 13 weeks. There should be seen a Baby - that can't be missed. If your OBGYN didn't see a Baby than there is no Baby - or your doc is blind.... Sorry.
