Any advice would be great. ..

Good night ladies, lately I don't know what wrong with my body, I been spotting for almost 3 weeks and my period is 4 days late.... I took few pregnancy test and they are all negative. ... I have few symptoms.. but I'm also on the pill.... have this happen to any if you and what it was? Thank you :)
