Braxton Hicks and contractions

Rebecca • Mon, Apr 06 • Married to my high school sweetheart. Currently have 2 children Xavier Cole and Mariah Nicole.

So I am 34 weeks pregnant and I keep having this pain or cramping feeling that feels like menstral period cramps. It starts of at the very bottom and after a minute it spreads all over. Is this Braxton hicks or contractions. I never experienced it with my first child so it's new to me.
