Late period

My periods are never late. My cycle days are usually 28 days, with 5-6 period days.. This month my period lasted just 4 days and im now 6 days late. Did a home pregnancy test yesterday which came back negative. I have the copper IUD so im worried about an ectopic pregnancy. There are no noticeable symptoms yet.. Except the obvious no period. Any advice would be helpful!!
