DPO QUESTION
So ovulation lasts 7 days and there's one specific day that you ovulate the most.... When you say DPO does this mean you go by the last day of your ovulation or first? Or even that one specific day that you ovulate the most? Please refrain from any negativity. I didn't go to ked school so please for give me 😩😩😩😩
