Charting question
For the past 2 days I have been taking my temp 2 hours earlier. I found a bbt calculator that adjusts your temps if taken at a different time... My question is should I adjust it or leave it as is? I know I should be taking my temp at the same time each day, but the past couple days have been hard to do so.
