Condom help 🙈

My husband and I haven't used a condom in years. We literally despise them lol. I feel like they just suck up any moisture, wetness, anything. Making sex kinda painful and just not as intimate. Now that I'm off the pill and am currently recovering from a MC, we need to use some sort of protection until we feel we're ready to TTC again. I'm sure it'll come down to us having to man up and use a condom. Any tips on how to still have great sex with those terrible little rubber things on?!?!
