Is it like 100% needed? Lol some days I just don't want to take them bc I feel so sick already and the thought of anything going in my stomach makes me gag lol I took them with my first but my dr prescribed them to me this new dr I have didn't so I have the gummy ones from the store lol 4 more weeks til the second trimester and hopefully not feeling so sick all the time lol
