Help! 😒 Spotting for over 3 weeks.

Ok so about 3 weeks ago me and my special someone um... Well I don't consider it having sex because he put it in then took it out because we almost got caught. After that I started bleeding ( it's not my first time and I always bleed after sex or if he puts it in me) and I have an IUD and I expect to spot once and a while but this is like a brown discharge like old blood and it's been happening since. I'm concerned because it hasn't stopped since and it happens in large amounts.. And it has a strong smell to it. 😣
