Af early???? someone please advise me

Well I am 7 days away from af and got up this morning. went to the kitchen when I went in I got the most painful lower abdomen cramp it lasted about 30 seconds then went away. within a few minutes when I went to the loo there was pale red blood not a lot just a small amount but now I have a light dull ache in the abdomen would you guys say my period is a whole week out and I'm out of luck this month??
