Are these symptoms bad? 100.2 fever + chills

my temperature has been going up all night 98.9 to 99.9 to 100.2. It is 8am I can't call the doctor yet. I also have the chills and body aches. I had roast beef last night and started to feel sick like 2-3 hours later. I had pregnancy brain and forgot that philly cheese steak was no good! My mouth gives getting dry too and I've been drinking lots of water

Just Fyi, if you are thinking it's food poisoning... It would be from something you are 24-48 hours ago... That's why it's so hard to confirm what made you sick... Probably not the philly cheese steak... Those things are only bad if they are not heated... Chances are your Philly was fine!

When I was 6 weeks I had a temp of 101 almost 102 and was throwing up for 24hours. My midwife told me to take tyelonol to get the fever under control. She said only if the fever didn't drop or went to 102 then you should go to the hospital. It can actually be very common to get a fever n flu like symptoms early in pregnancy. Try to take tyelonol & drink a lot of water. Monitor your fever an call your doctor as soon as you can for further instruction

I developed a fever from bronchitis/throat infection. It was around 100.6. I did not go to the doctor until the next day when the fever subsided. I'd hate to think that you got food poisoning or listeria. I don't know whether an urgent care doctor would have done anything for you, so I would call immediately or go to the doctor in the morning. If you must vomit, let it out. Drink lots of fluids!!

I haven't had a fever yet in my pregnancy but from what I heard it is dangerous from my doctor. I would say when you can get looked at and make sure you are okay. I've had philly cheese steaks throughout my pregnancy and didn't get a fever it could be a pregnancy symptom for you

Was the meat bad? Like spoiled? How far along in pregnancy are you? If you are pregnant you need to see a doctor asap especially if you're in your first trimester fevers are bad and spoiled food is very very dangerous. Good luck feel better
