Need a little help please😳

The glow app told me I was supposed to ovulate on march 30 I didn't have sex on the 30  but I did the 26-28 then my other period apps told me I was ovulating April 4 and I had sex April 3-7. On Monday the 6th i notices a really  really small amount of light pink blood when I went to the bathroom. I was wondering if this is implantation beeping or it it too early for that. I'm supposed to get my period in 8 days and today I decided to test today and it came out negative. Pretty much I want to know is there a way I would of been able to conceive I'm really hoping so.
