Maybe tmi swollen vagina

So I'm 36+4 and my vagina outer lips and inner lips have become EXTREMLY swollen in the last 2-3 days. Also the area around my vaginal opening feel swollen as well. Is this normal? Is it a sign baby is coming? Also been getting "twinges" in my cervix a lot today as well
