Is it possible?

My hubby and I had sex on the days before, on and after I was ovulating according to glow. Two days before my period his mother called and said she dreamnt about fish. I still got my period and it seemed relatively normal. Now I'm about 7 days from ovulation again but I'm experiencing major nausea, tender nipples , dizziness etc... Is it possible I'm pregnant? I'm afraid to test since a did have my menstrual. Any thoughts?
