Progesterone vs pregnancy symptoms!

Taking progesterone after MCs, pregnant again - in my 4th week so this is a very nerve racking time.  Having a hard time distinguishing between progesterone symptoms & pregnancy symptoms! Wish I knew which was which.  So far I'm having all the tell tale stuff - heavy boobs, bloat, gas, mild diarrhea, fatigue, nausea, acne, yikes! Can anyone else relate to this struggle? 😳😁
