Did the SMEP method work for you?

I've recently read about the SMEP method of TTC (Sperm Meets Egg Plan - Google it). It's a timing method to ensure sperm is always "there." 😉

If you used this method to the letter and it worked, how many cycles did it take for you?

I did this for 2 cycles and nothing. But I don't think timing is my issue, we bd at least 20 times a month lol I need to lose more weight and maybe it will work. Can't help to at least try! Especially if you think you may be missing your opportunity
