Numbness and veins out?

So all day I have had a numbing feeling throughout my legs and arms, me and my husband get home and I look and my veins are enlarged and poking out of my skin. I get him to run my arms and they go down. But after a while they pop right back up. Not feeling anything different heart rate wise or breathing wise. Not sure what this is! Also 14 dpo... Not sure if it's something to do with it but has never happened
