Any advice on dollar general prenatals? Will they be okay to okay? They say compare to Stuart prenatal.

As long as it contains folate, not folic acid, it is fine.

These are mine and they are awesome. They are derived from food so you can take then on an empty stomach and they won't make you sick. Plus they are more easily absorbed Into your system so you get more of the nutrients than you would from a regular vitamin.

As long as the vitamin has the recommend amount of each nutrient then it should be fine , I personally get the nature made prenatals but they are so expensive !
