Should I wait? I am 3 days late. But, its my first month off the pill.

I am 3 days late, I said i would wait a whole week to test, it's my first month of the pill, so I know it can take longer to come, although my doctor said, because I used to be regular, that it shouldnt take long to be here, that otherwise I should test.

What do you say? Should I wait 4 days more, or test already?

I have been having cramps, I am a teacher so if I stand up for long I feel them more. I feel the cramps in my back also. I get the feeling it will come at any time, but every time I rush to the bathroom there is nothing.
