Popping out gift!

So I've recently discovered that my SO is secretly planning on surprising me with a popping out gift when I go into labour. I know so because of all the search he's been doing online. I was already getting him a customized tee to wear on the day but now I feel I should do more.. Any ideas from you all who've done similar things or planning to would be really helpful..
