Second round of clomid

So I'm CD1 today. Took 50mg CD5-9 last cycle and I didn't get pregnant. This is cycle 12 and trying 100mg CD3-7. I bbt and opk. I am also trying acupuncture for first time this month. I'm terrified as I'm needle phobic but something has gotta work for me. Anyone have bfp with this Clomid combo?
