Pregnancy after miscarriage

I had a miscarriage at 7weeks and 3 days with my last pregnancy. By the first day of my last period I'm almost 9 weeks now. I can't help to be paranoid. I look at the tissue every time I wipe! I'm also worried their going to tell me I'm less in weeks than I thought and have to excruciatingly count the days til I'm out of the miscarriage window. Has anyone else felt this way?
