What to do?

So I just found out today that I'm pregnant, I have no idea what to do though? Like, do I have to see a doctor etc? I know people who are like 5/6 weeks on here and are saying their first appointment is on April 13th, what do they do in these appointments? Thanks in advance x x

First call your doctor and they will confirm the pregnancy, usually by blood test. Once it's confirmed, you be told to contact OB or they will contact you to set up an appt. Some woman get lucky and are able to be seen by OB early on, but it's totally normal to not be seen until between 8-11 weeks. You should also start prenatals, if you are not already taking them :) hope this helps!!

You should go ahead and call to schedule an appointment, they will probably see you around 8 weeks or so. Maybe earlier, maybe later but that's the average. Good luck! :)

Start taking prenatal vitamins if you haven't already, and relax!!! It's going to be a long ride. Most providers won't see you until you're 8-12 weeks. Start doing research on midwives/OBs in your area.
