Can you get rid of a uti without antibiotics?

I had a UTI about a month ago I took my antibiotics (not the full amount though, dumb on my part) I started feeling better after a few doses so I took one of the at home uti tests and it was neg that's why I stopped the medicine. Anyways today I've been feeling a little uti'ish lol I know I've read you can rid them on your own without going to the doctor so I bought some of those azo cranberry pills and a big gallon of gateraid. Do you think this will work?

I don't think you can.... I know you can lighten the symptoms, but I dont think it can entirely go away. Be careful if you try at home remedies... UTIs can lead to some serious problems if left alone for too long. My advice, go to the dr to get aome more meds and finish them!

Make sure you ALWAYS finish your antibiotics even when youre feeling better. It is very important for 2 reasons: 1) Even though you feel better it may not be entirely gone (which you found out)
2) Resistant bacteria may develop and no longer respond to the common antibiotic. Making an easy fixable illness a serious one.

I work at a physicians office.  UTI is a bacterial infection that must be treated with a full course of antibiotics.  You taking a few of them before probably started clearing it up but stopping them just made the onfection start up again.

You have to take the entire amount of antibiotics to cure an infection. Otherwise you'll make it harder on your body and future antibiotics to fight infections in the future. Cranberry juice can help, but it doesn't get rid of it. What cranberry juice does is make the inside of your bladder mildly acidic, so the bacteria has a harder time attaching itself to the walls of your bladder. Go back to the doctor and get everything figured out. Lots and lots of water and cranberry juice.

If you started treatment with antibiotics then you really do need to finish them to properly get rid of the infection.  That said, it is possible for your immune system to fight off many infections. I think often our first response to any little illness is to go to the doctor and ask for a pill, without giving our bodies a chance.  I've had UTI and ear infections which resolved on their own - probably taking a bit longer than antibiotics but I really think antibiotics are over used which risks their long term effectiveness so prefer to only take them when necessary.

I've gotten rid of a small one with cranberry juice before. If it wasn't solved by the next day, I was going to go to the doctor.

No! If a uti goes untreated it can turn into a severe kidney infection and then if that goes untreated you can become sepsis (blood infection). 
Azo and the over the counter drugs only help ease your symptoms but do not clear up the actual infection. I would consult with your doctor, drink plenty of water & cranberry juice until you can see your physician.
