Losing hope...

I'm 41 and my fiancé is 49. We've been trying for over a year. I got pregnant in May 2014 to discover it was an ectopic pregnancy. That was the second time in my life I was pregnant. The first time I miscarried during my sophomore year of college.  I've had a hysterosalpingogram done at the beginning of the year and everything is okay.  I'm losing hope that I won't conceive a child.
