Endometriosis

I absolutely hate endometriosis. I have been on birth control since ninth grade, but none of them seem to help with the cramps. The cramps have gotten a lot worse since 2014. I am now on my third or fourth month taking Minastrin 24 Fe. I recently got approved for Depot Lupron, but I am nervous about taking it because I have heard so many cons about it, but yet so many pros as well. If that does not work then surgery will be the next option. By the way I am 22. I need opinions please.
