PLEASE HELP

So I've noticed twice when I pee some stuff floating around in it. Well this time I gloved up & retrieved it because I have been spas sing kidney stones frequently over the past year. It was basically the consistency of snot long & thin like snot to. I'm assuming this is CM but at the same time when I wipe I don't have it on the tissue. It's clear as well. Could this be in my urin for real or is it definitely cm? I've also only noticed this after having sex for the first time in 6 months.
