Yeast? Monistat.

I did Monistat 1 2 days ago I was just wondering how long will it take for my itching and discharge to stop? I was tested the other day and doc said I didn't have one and ran bv and other tests all came back fine then I started itching and little white pieces started coming out almost like wet toilet paper so I go a Monistat 1 treatment and did two nights ago. They say treatment stays in for 7 days. Can't see doctor yet til two weeks from now so just curious on what to do. It's mild itching and it's just right in the in trance of my vagina. And it doesn't happen all day it's off an on. And I had the tiny white pieces come out for couple days before I started treatment
