Maintaining the wild bush

How do you maintain yours?. I used to get it waxed 🙌 seriously the best thing ever but I can't afford it anymore. And I have shaving it because it takes forever and the upkeep etx etx. So what do you do to make it easier?. I tried a few years ago to wax myself 😳not a good idea. Lol but I need to hear some advice. I've been trying to avoid showing my 😻 to my SO even though he doesn't care but it makes me self-conscious
