Iv seen so many different weeks but mostly seen 12 weeks! So what is it?

The reason why no one knows is that it's calculated three different ways. From lmp (40 weeks), from conception (38 weeks) , and something else that doest make sence. Usually 14 weeks is USA's 2nd trimester used by Drs and other call it different. Choose for yourself 38 or 40 weeks in a pregnancy (from conception Or lmp) or nine months, divide by 3. Tah-dah
