If been going to the gym and watching what I eat for around 6 months now I know it takes awhile to see results but I also have been talking to a few friends in the same boat and a few have started doing piyo work outs.. so I ordered it yesterday. Hopefully it comes soon and I can start this weekend... I'm really excited about this!
