I think or age difference is starting to become a problem

Im 19 and in college my bf is 23. Everytime i tell him how i wanna go out all he says i did that when i was younger im done with that now i hate hearing "i use to do that"  like omg he acts way older then he is he want to do nun but sit inside amd watch tv i literally force him to go out but sometimes i wish he would tell me get dressed lets go out. He says i can go out with my friends but i rather go out with  him, he wants a baby soon but i told him if we dont have fun the longer ill stay on bc because i wanna have fun, do i need to understand him nd just do the boring things he like? Should he understand me? Or should i just go out with my friends?
