Infertility treatment and hsg test

I had my first fertility appointment today. We basically went over options of what we were gonna do to find out why I haven't been able to conceive after four years, I have a child from a previous partner and he also gave me   Clymiddiea (sorry for spelling know that's wrong) I don't know how long I had it for but I got tested and cured. My fertility specialist asked if I ever had it or any other stds I was so embarrassed because I've felt judged before but now I feel terrible for not admitting it because I know she's here to help me. And I want the correct and right treatment to find out what is going on So what do I do? Just go to the appointment and if I do have scarring that shows up with the hsg what do I say? She will know I lied? Please help.
