Long drives

Soon we will be moving to a different state and as I am terrified of planes were making the 16 hour drive. We'll be stopping after the first day to stay at a hotel but the initial task of driving all day and stopping to feed seems awful. My baby girl is almost a month old and exclusively breastfeeding (she does wonderful no latching problems or supply problems at all) but I am terrified that will all change if I pump and give her bottles on the way down it will ruin how great she does now. Anyone have any advice or experiences with introducing a bottle?
