Belly button bleeding

This might seem weird to some people . For the past couple of months every time I get my period my belly button bleeds. It has the same smell and blood clots like my regular period. I've been to so many doctors and have had no explanation. Have had an ultrasound done and nothing was found. One doctor said it may be a endometriosis . Does anyone have any idea ?
