Sleeping with a bra or not?

Question

I am 20 years old, and I normally do not sleep with a bra. I do have very large breasts, and I was wondering with sleeping with a bra would make my breasts perkier?

Any suggestions?

I hear sleeping with a bra is pretty bad for you! For me sleeping with a small pillow or blanket (or even a rolled up towel) between my boobs helps to keep me from getting too hot and sweaty... and I think it helps keep my chest from looking wrinkly lol.

Sleeping with a bra is not going to make them perkier, actually not wearing a bra as often as possible has been shown to make them perkier

I wouldn't think sleeping with a bra would make them perkier. I sleep with a bra on because I don't like the feeling of letting the girls loose to wonder on their own. I do too have large breasts and mine aren't sagging and with a good bra they are perky. I feel like when you have big breasts it's all about the bra. Also I have heard of you do exercise build up your chest muscles and that helps with keeping the girls up.

Sleeping with a bra makes you more likely to develope Breast cancer. Don't do it.

Well i definately think the breast cancer comment is out there. If you have the gene, you have the gene. Dleeping with a bra cannot make you develop breast cancer. Anyways, i was always told it is good to let them "breath" at night. I only wear a bra when i go out in public and the end of my pregnancy/postpartum cause of leaking.

I use to sleep with a bra when I 15 till 17 unconftroubl but I couldn't just take it off my mom didn't really teach me anything about my body changing so I was always ashame of my body ,but after I moved out I couldn't handle it still can't sleep braless so I just wear sports bras I have big breast to  so being with a wire bra or with out one it uncoftroubl for me sports bras keep everything in place and I sleep good ;)
