Implantation bleeding? I'm confused

So I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms, bloated, missed period,frequent urination, hot flashes, head ache, sore boobs. Well my period is 3 days late, and today I started spotting but now I stopped. (Maybe 2 hours) I've read that could be implantation bleeding. I took 3 tests, all negative. Should I wait until a week late to test again or what?
