FMLA?

Question

Anyone know how FMLA works? I have a basic understanding. But what I don't know is, during FMLA, and my paid time off and sick leave run out, my pay stops but my time away is protected? I know I need to call HR, but this is easier for today 😜

FMLA does protect your position at your job. However what and if you are paid depends on your company.  Personally I am blessed and work for Wells Fargo and they cover up to 24 weeks at 100% of my regular compensation.

That is basically how it works. I don't know about Oregon, but I worked with HR when I lived in CA and if I recall correctly, you can apply for disability pay when your pto through work runs out. Because the three month window is considered recovery from childbirth it qualifies as a disability leave. It won't be your full pay (I think it's something like 60%,) but something is better than nothing!
