What's considered a high fever when pregnant?

I have a fever of 99.8 right now. What is considered high when pregnant go where you need to call your doctor?

It is technically not considered a fever unless it is over 100.4. I work at a hospital and we usually don't do anything unless the temperature is over 100.4 except for in special cases.

I was told to call at 101.5
But try and lower the fever first with Tylenol and cold rags under the arm pits and on the back of your neck.

They told Me it its over 100 to worry because it can raise the baby's temp after that
