Married and having a roomate

My spouse and i have been married nearly a year and they can't seem to let go of having a roomate. They are best friends but I'm not sure i want that anymore. Im ready to settle down and have my own space. We are moving to a new apartment which is smaller than what we have now, and the roommate is coming too.. what would you do?
