Sensitive teeth???? Kinda long

Has anyone had sensitive teeth in there early month of pregnancy? I have read about some docs linking it to be a weird but true sign of early pregnancy.. I have been tracking my period for almost 3 years on a different app and downloaded glow to see if it worked better, ive only been tracking for a month.. My projected start date for my other app was supposed to be on monday 4/20, and it didnt show.. With the other app my AF usually shiws up eitger 1-2 days before or 1-2 days after projected date, and sometimes the day of.. Glow stated that my AF should show on 4/24, and still nothing.. They also have different fertile days, and glow seems to be more on track.. I dont have sore breasts, but i also never did when i was pregnant with my other two.. I have been nauseated for the past 2 weeks to the point where i want to throw up and dont, usually only at night, but ive been nauseated for the last two days straight.. I took a test friday morning, and one this am and both were neg.. I have no cramps, and no sign of AF, discharge has been really watery, headaches, and very tired.. My bigest thing though is the sensitive teeth.. With my son i didnt have a positive urine or blood till i was 12 weeks, and with my daughter i didnt have a positive urine or blood till i was 10 weeks.. I dont have insurance as my husband just got laid off.. Im hooing i am cuz my husband and i have been trying for almost 3 years now, it will be our first together.. Any advise will help..
