Back pain while driving

Okay ladies I need some advice. I have terrible back pain all day as it is. But when I drive it's almost unbearable. The only thing is is that I have to drive 1 1/2 each way every two weeks to drop off/pick my husband up from the airport for his job. It kills my back and is only getting worse each week. I'm currently 33 weeks, and it's gotten worse each time. Do any of you know of any way to help alleviate the pain or help it, while I'm driving?
