Nuva Ring

Hey gals, I used the nuva ring for any years sincere divorce I stopped, well my new partner doesn't wear a condom so I began using the nuva ring. This is the 1st time I've had an issue..I went to remove it & I am unable to locate it.. Since its insertion I had not had sex. I've tried different positions, times of day & can not locate it..could it have came out without my knowledge?
