Weight Loss/Gain

Well, I had my 11 week checkup today for little Kai and total I've lost 10 pounds so far. My doctor is really concerned and told me that if I lose anymore I'm supposed to call her immediately. Not sure what she plans on doing other than nausea medication that I'm already on. Any of you other ladies have this problem and do you your doctors seem concerned? What helps you when your so nauseous? I've tried the crackers by the bed as soon as you wake up and all that, nothing helps. Today I threw up literally in the middle of a sentence with no warning at all. Twice.
