Cramping. When to go er??

I'm 10 weeks pregnant with twins. Been cramping for the past two hours but no bleeding. Should I go to the er or am I just being paranoid?

I cramped a lot at the beginning. I was told as long as it wasn't unbearable and there wasn't blood, that it was ok. That it was stretching. Though you could always call the hospital to ask, or even call your doctor when they open and ask what to do. If you are really worried though, go ahead and be seen to ease your mind.

Cramping is normal but you should call your ob's office just incase. Even if they are closed the hospital should have a consulting nurse that can tell you if you need to go in.

Thanks y'all!  I just took some ibuprofen and fell asleep. No longer cramping! Just got a little scared.
