IUI stats

I was at my doctor's office today and he said that he was in a research seminar with a bunch of his fertility colleagues last week and they were talking about IUI outcomes in terms if improving pregnancy. They said the data they had indicates that clomid alone increases pregnancy chances by about 7% and that iui only improves that by 2% more. Has anyone else heard this stat? Or something different?
