Need some baby dust!

So i miscarried the 21st of march and haven't started my period yet. I've had all the symptoms of being pregnant again but all of my tests are coming up negative! My doctor said it could be too early to tell and to test again in two weeks. I just don't want to be let down especially after ttc for 5 months then miscarrying. Have any of you ladies gotten pregnant right after a miscarriage?
