IUI & 2ww is Torture

We inseminated (IUI for the 2nd time) last Monday and I'm almost  at the end of my 2ww. I'm resisting all urges to POAS cuz I know my fertility meds can give a false +. I'm getting soooo stressed out and so worried/anxious/scared. Every symptom I have could be either PMS or early prego. It's soooo frustrating. How do I cope? Blood test is Monday. Not sure if I can wait. What if it's negative again? I just wanna hide in the bathroom and cry. 😢
