How do you check your cervix?

It asks if I check my cervix but idk Exactly what I'm feeling for. Like how do you know if it's to the right or left or up or down? Any tips?

I honestly can't reach mine. It is too high. Another trick someone told me is to push llke you are using the restroom and it will lower the cervix. Doing this, my SO could reach it, i just have short Trex arms and tiny fingers lol.

Made my poor husband do this for the first time today. He was a little clumsy, i had to tell him he was there lol

How do you know its open? Inferl the tip but cant tell when its open or how open it will ferl to tell. Anyone know how open it will feel?

You stick your middle finger up there.... If its high u will have to stick ya whole finger in there.. And then u feel if its hard or soft and how much cervical mucus... You will know once you see you finger
